Recipe

Chilli Con Carne
·       500g Minced beef
·       2 Medium onions
·       2 Garlic cloves
·       1 Small carrot
·       1 Stick celery
·       1 Red pepper
·       ½ tsp Cumin powder
·       1 jar chilli con carne sauce
·       ½ tsp Cinnamon powder
·       200g Kidney beans (tinned)
·       Olive oil  
·       Salt & pepper

Pastry
·       450g Plain flour
·       2 tsp Baking powder
·       1 tsp Salt
·       120g Butter
·       Water
·       1 Egg (beaten)
